hey ppl, i am back from borneo. the trip was... hm.. not tt kind of exciting kind ppl normally go. very very relaxed and chilled out. and it is not those beach relax type. haha. very hard to explain. just i feel life is simple in khuntien. i was fed extremely well there. and things are cheap there. even cheaper than batam. haha. was gd seeing chalysta and maya again after so long. and meeting chal's family and frens. the ppl there are so nice! as u pple may know, my first day there was actually my bday too. a BIG thank you to all of u ppl[u know who u r] who rmbred. happy to feel that so many ppl still rmbr my bday!! they love me!! haha.

Colin X Wenda '07. bday celebration at no signboard geylang. we treated the guys to dinner. HELL OF A CELEBRATION. the total bill added up to abt $920. haha. the food was splendid i wld say. went for K-ing session after tt. must thank everyone for their presents and their presence. haha. shiok day! gotten our results ytd. i got rather better than expected grades. really lucky this time round, no more fucking around next sem. to all my frens who cleared, congrats and rmbr to start early next sem. to those who failed some modules, dun give up cos there is next sem for u to make up for wat u lost. let this be a lesson and continue to strive! u didn't lose until u stop trying.
the next part of this post, maybe some of u may find it random or stupid. but i think it is really worth mentioning. anyways, i was at the atm just now queuing to draw money. then there was this foreign worker in front of me. it was his turn then he didn't know how to use the machine at all. he looks really lost. so i guided him through only to find out he didn't even have $20 bucks in his account. then when i tried to communicate to him that his account doesn't have sufficient funds in english along with some hand signs, the look on his face was... i dunno... lost? tired of life? sad? then he took his card and strolled away. i dunno why but i felt that he was so pitiful. imagine being in foreign land, working(construction somemore), dunno shit abt wat is happening, dun have money. i really felt so sad. i realised how lucky we are. i know alot of pple are fed up with foreign workers. some find them lower class. wat i am trying to say is, i hope we can be nicer to them. show empathy.

went to town with xd, colin and marilyn today. watched NEXT. abt nicholas cage having the ability to see 2 mins into the future. i think it is damn cool. at least it doesn't make u look like a freak like wat other supernatural powers[in other shows]. imagine u having the same power. haha. randomness again.
yeah, results out tmr @ 2pm! so scary!! all the best to everyone!

yeah, finally back from in camp training ytd! end of army!! ok la.. at least for this yr. we were just reassured of having to go back every year. and i heard it is gonna be 7 straight high keys. booo. training and all was fine. not as xiong as in the past when we were still NSFs. no tekan, not much saigang too. haha, i must admit that just being outta army for a year really made us a whole lot more gay. haha. we felt the weapons were so damn heavy and we really wonder how we completed SOC and missions with them last time. yeah, all in all training was fine but the gathering of the pple is outstanding! we were all the good old hokkien bunch. it is almost like a natural thing the moment we saw one another, hokkien and vulgar words were the first to come out from our mouths. lol. i think we need to have more gatherings before the next ICT, so fun to hang out with the guys.
some of the guys are working out there, trying so hard to make ends meet. i am rather grateful that my job here is so much easier and rewarding. there are guys out there earning maybe only $1000 per mth? i really wish all of us can do so well.
when i "ORDed" ytd. i went home to take a little nap as i didn't really get much rest during reservice. haha, all the macds' and gambling and smoking and chatting kept us awake. after a good 3 hrs rest, i went to meet me homies at parkway. chilled for a while then went off to town to catch POTC 3. ya la i know i'm out-dated la, but the nation needs me rite? the show was great but not as good as the previous two episodes. superb acting by johnny depp and orlando bloom i must say. and keira knightley is damn hot. ya and same age as me, i.e. to say, born in 1985.

alright, back to reality, back to work. wish me luck pple!
